Reporting cruelty online

Please answer all questions in full to ensure your concern is dealt with efficiently. If we don’t have all the details we require then we will need to contact you. If we’re unable to do this we may not be able to investigate your concerns.

Please note all personal details will be kept completely confidential. Please do not leave false details as this may well mean that we are unable to resolve the situation.

As online complaint forms are not checked all the time, all emergency reports should be made by telephone on 0300 1234 999 to ensure our officers are notified as soon as possible.
